What Jenny Says About Herself

While I travel around the world to work with Construx’s clients, you’ll find me doing lots of other adventurous things when I’m not working. Some of my favorite activities are:

Travel—I love to add a day or two (or more) every time I go someplace interesting for work, like Jamaica, Edinburgh, and Dublin. I also love to travel for fun. I’ve been to every continent except Antarctica.

Hiking and Camping—The Pacific Northwest has amazing mountains, great scenery and fantastic hiking. I love to get out on the trails often. Three Burroughs on Mount Rainier and Cascade Pass are two of my all-time favorite hikes.

Cooking—Seattle has more than its fair share of rainy weekends, and you’ll often find me puttering around the kitchen on those days. Whether its baking bread, smoking on my Big Green Egg, or trying a new recipe from my 100+ cookbook collection, dinner is rarely a repeat at my house.

Eating, especially in new countries—One of my favorite things is to try the food of the places I visit. I’m adventuresome—guinea pig in Peru and balut in Vietnam—and willing to try almost anything once.

Hanging out with Friends—Sometimes the best activity is simply spending time with my friends.
