Payment and Cancellation Policy
Construx’s acceptance of your registration is subject to available seats, sufficient and timely payment, and a minimum number of registrations.
Construx may cancel a seminar at any time, without notice, for any reason, and without liability to registrants except for full refund of tendered payment.
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel. If you cancel up to 10 business days before the event, your registration fee will be refunded. If your cancellation is received 10 business days or less before the event, you may send another person in your place or receive a credit voucher for a seminar of equal value.
Due and payable before start of seminar.
If you elect to pay by credit card, a Construx employee will call you to collect your credit card information over the phone.
All seminars are 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise indicated.
Continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided.
You will receive confirmation within five working days of your registration via e-mail, mail, or telephone. If you have any questions or concerns about your registration, please contact us.
