Originally developed for engineers at Microsoft, the course has evolved over the last ten years to help thousands of individuals and teams cross-train, transfer knowledge, and get new staff up to speed quickly and efficiently. This is a fast-paced, one-day program that uses plain language and practical tools to develop communication and training skills. Specifically, this workshop:
