The IT Metrics and Productivity Journal has metrics and FP related articles. It’s a weekly email with links to articles on the week’s topic. Each issue also has links to all prior issues.

Crosstalk is a monthly journal of software process improvement. Good search engine, some articles on counting function points. Both articles and full issues are free.

The United Kingdom Software Metrics Association. Links to interesting articles, discussion group, etc. Article on counting Data Warehouse systems .

ISBSG - the International Software Benchmarking Standards Group. This organization collects project data in function points. You can buy their data in order to get some current data on typical function points per person per month. They’ve published a couple of books, and also publish a CD-ROM containing extracts from their database of project data.
